FAQ

1. How to find the right Toner cartridge for your printer?

  Please key in the printer model number or Toner/ink model in search field, on the top left of Web page, and go.

2. When will goods be shipped out after order place?

We reply email and process order 7 days, courier time from Monday to Friday, except public holiday.

We can courier out same day when payment confirmed before 2:0pm.

Those in Auckland will often receive their goods on the same day if they order before 10.00 a.m. and they are in a business area.

For the rest of New Zealand, delivery is overnight north island if not rural delivery

Note though in some cases an extra day is needed for delivery to the South Island and an extra day is needed for Rural Delivery.

3. What payment option do you accept?

 We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Direct Credit (online bank transfer)

 5. Bulk freight charges may apply ?

 Due to the size and weight of some mono and colour commercial printers, there may be a freight charge. This largely depends on location of delivery. Please email us for pricing.

 6. Do you deliver to PO Box?

 Unfortunately no, due to the couriers we use, they do not deliver to PO Boxes. You are welcome to contact to make a special arrangement.

 7. What can I do if I have a query or complaint?

 Please contact us immediately - all feedback, positive or negative, is very important to us and we'd like to help.

 8. What happens if I'm out when the courier arrives?

 If we know in advance we will advise the Courier Company that a signature is not required and notes on where to leave the product. Otherwise they will leave a card providing contact details so you can make arrangments for the package to be redelivered or picked up.
